Another hard to find Italian coffee! This famous coffee from a bar in Rome close to the Pantheon turns up on everyone's top ten list for places to have un caffè in Rome (CNN Travel, TripAdvisor threads, blogs, etc.). It had been recommended to us years ago by a friend but we kept forgetting to go until somewhat recently (and then we wondered why we had waited for so long!).
We found this espresso to be somewhere in the middle in terms of intensity...not too strong but with good flavor and we love the decorative tin! We saved it to use as a cool storage container for other things once the beans were gone.
Tazza d'Oro says:
