Another Coffee in Italia exclusive! We discovered this artisan coffee roaster recently and after sampling their products, knew we HAD to offer it. What makes this roaster different? Wood roasting! So most industrial roasters use gas heat but the Campetelli family has chosen to roast the traditional way. It gives them greater control in the roasting process and the resulting taste is noticeably different.
We also loved that this company, in business since 1982, is a small family run torrefazione (coffee roaster/shop). From father to son to daughter, their hands-on approach keeps the focus on quality.
