I have 2 moments in the morning:

  1. At 7am first coffee by Nespresso, rushing out of the house

Do you have any favorite facts or stories about coffee you’d like to share?

Before working for Cimbali when I was taking a coffee, I didn’t even notice the presence of the grinder, now I control every step the barman takes and the condition of the coffee machine, knowing before drinking it if the espresso will be good or not XD

Do you have any projects that you’d like to highlight?

We are working on a big Coffee MUMAC Academy in Rome! Stay tuned!!!
